Moradabad (Desk): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is continuously introducing new laws to improve the state’s healthcare system for the welfare of its citizens. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak is also regularly inspecting government hospitals across the state to ensure that people do not face any difficulties in receiving medical services.
However, despite these efforts, quack doctors continue to operate illegal hospitals, playing with the lives of innocent citizens. The latest case has come to light in Moradabad district’s Dilari area, where a quack named Dr. Wasim is running a five-bed illegal hospital under the name “Sunrise Hospital.”
This is not the first time complaints have been made against this hospital and Dr. Wasim — earlier reports had already been submitted to the Chief Medical Officer. Yet, the health department’s sluggish attitude clearly indicates that these illegal hospital operators may be enjoying the blessings or protection of the very department responsible for regulating them.
