Moradabad. A petition has been submitted to the Moradabad District Magistrate by a victim requesting legal action against anti-social elements and land mafia for the prevention of illegal occupation and construction on land registered in the Khatauni. The applicant, Mohammad Arif, son of Zafaruddin, a resident of Rustamnagar Sahaspur, Tehsil Bilari, Moradabad district, is legally registered as a co-sharer in the revenue records (Khatauni) of Khata number 308m, village Bhadora, Tehsil Sadar, Moradabad district. However, some anti-social elements, land mafia-type individuals, and other unauthorized individuals, who are neither account holders of the land nor have any legal rights, are forcibly occupying the applicants’ land and carrying out construction. These individuals are violating the applicants’ legal rights by encroaching on the land. Furthermore, no one other than the co-sharers has any right to occupy or construct on the land. If construction is being carried out by an outsider, it is completely illegal and against the law. An immediate on-site inspection of the application, plot number 308mi, should be conducted by a revenue and police team.
Illegal occupation and construction work should be stopped immediately.
Antisocial elements and land mafia occupying the land should be immediately removed.
Strict legal action should be taken against the guilty individuals as per the law. While ensuring the protection of the applicants’ land and possession, orders should be passed to prevent any future illegal encroachment.
