A similar case has come to light involving Moradabad-based journalist Sagar Rastogi. About a month ago, after seeing advertisements and reviews on TV and social media, he purchased an Oppo Reno 14 using his credit card. However, just a few days after the purchase, the phone\u2019s performance started deteriorating. The journalist alleges that the device frequently hangs, and many software functions simply don\u2019t work. He has warned that if the company does not resolve the issue promptly, he will take the matter to court. He stated clearly, \u201cMisleading customers should not be easy for any company. If necessary, I will pursue legal action.\u201dThis case raises questions once again about whether companies are deceiving consumers with flashy advertisements.
