The Election Commission has geared up for the three-tier Panchayat elections i.e. Gram Panchayat, Kshetra Panchayat and District Panchayat elections.<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n


Before the UP assembly elections to be held in the year 2027, the politics of UP has started heating up regarding the UP civic elections. The UP civic elections will be held in 2026. But preparations for it have started from political parties to the Election Commission.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Election Commission has geared up for the three-tier Panchayat elections i.e. Gram Panchayat, Kshetra Panchayat and District Panchayat elections. Now the voter list will also start getting updated for these elections. Booth level officers in the capital Lucknow are now going to run a campaign to update the voter list. This campaign regarding the voter list is being run at a time when the opposition India Alliance is cornering the Election Commission over alleged vote theft and is accusing it of irregularities in the voting list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us tell you that till 29 September, BLOs will conduct a door-to-door campaign. According to the information received, it will start from the capital\u00a0\u00a0Lucknow\u00a0\u00a0. Under this campaign, Booth Level Officers i.e. BLOs will go door-to-door and add the names of new voters to the list. Along with this, the old mistakes in the voter list will also be corrected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
